Wonderful place to deal with! Although we didn't end up purchasing our motorhome from Flagg. We dealt with Dave-a salesman. A great guy! We did put a deposit on one. The guy in financing ( think his name is Jim) unceremoniously called to ask if were still going to purchase it. Because he had a buyer standing there. WELL YES WE INTEND TO BUY IT..YOU HAVE OUR DEPOSIT DON'T YOU? He gave us a hard time wanting an answer there and then.By the end of the conversation I basically told him to stick it. What an obnoxious man! If you are fortunate enough to deal with Dave you're very lucky. Jim....not so much.
This was the worst after sales experience of my life. No callbacks from owner to service. They do not care about customers after sale
Communication over closing the sale is the proper order for satisfied customers. Their leader must have been handed this business. I've had no formal business training but I know how to treat people.
Went to look at a 2010 Winnebago Via advertised for $59999. Not in good condition. Electricals didn't work, had water in a lower compartment and rear end looked damaged. Upper lights were broken and cabinet on back wall was cockeyed. Perhaps rear frame on back wall got bent. Test drove it and it couldn't go over 20mph floored. They said they got it in an auction and would fix everything but who knows what everything is? All tires were bald...it could be ok for someone who can find all faults before purchasing.

Cheryl was so nice and helpful. It was 94 degrees outside yet made extra efforts to showcase the units I was interested. Was not too impressed with Roy ... his demeanor was a borderline arrogant. The Parts guy Michael was helpful too. Looking for me add to delivery in a couple days.
