I've been reading some of these 1 star reviews, and I can not believe we are talking about the same office. Dr. Matthews and his staff are courteous, prompt, and professional. They even took me in last minute to see me, and still made the appointment on time. Been going here for 7 years, always a great experience.
Blood Pressure check!?... had me waiting for over an hour in a practically empty waiting room. No one communicating anything. Just me getting pissed off. Going there for years and it's been building up...Im Done....
You would think it should be easier to actually get someone on the phone. I spent over 20 minutes on hold twice this week and had to give up.
Love love love this doctors office! My sons primary care physician is amazing and the nurses and office staff are kind and helpful... the doctors he's seen during the extended hours when he's sick are amazing too. I love this place
