My husband and I had Sprint and we were very unhappy. We went to T-Mobile to see how they could help us. The associate, Sam, did a WONDERFUL job. He deserves 10 stars for the service he provided! He explained everything in full and even stayed late to make sure we were all set up and happy. This was a great experience, and I will be sure to recommend this T-Mobile location to my friends and family. Sam deserves a raise FOR SURE!!! :)
