This is a small Park on Mendon Street in Uxbridge. It features Caprons Dam and Caprons Pond. There is a nice garden and a couple of benches to sit and enjoy the view. This appears to be a 4th location of the Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park although, I couldn't find it on any of their published material. There is a bronze sign on the wrought iron fence that indicated the Park's name to be Blackstone Heritage State Park. The park itself is beautiful there just doesn't really seem to be anywhere to park.
Beautiful park just to sit by the waterfall and relax especially in the fall.
Great place for an easy stroll along the canal. No elevation change makes this an easy walk. Canal can be pretty scummy however, and be prepared for mosquitos in the summer. Good place to picnic by the water. Visitor center has good info about the local history, culture and flora/fauna. Even has a maple syrup setup that the rangers will demonstrate once in a while.
